At this time, I provide virtual sessions only. This may change in the future, at which point all client’s will receive an update as to a physical office location. Online sessions are conducted through the JaneApp secure telehealth platform, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

I currently work with individuals ages 15-35. My services are a good fit for adolescents and adults who are looking for support with executive functioning challenges, managing stress and overwhelm, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and adapted to your individual needs and goals.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, you’re welcome to book a free consultation to ask questions and learn more.

Executive functioning Counselling focuses on skills like organization, time management, planning, prioritizing, task initiation, and follow-through. This approach also focuses on impulse control and emotional regulation, equipping client’s with tools to help regulate through their day to day lives. This service is especially helpful for individuals who feel overwhelmed, struggle with procrastination, or have difficulty managing competing responsibilities.
Our work may include practical systems, accountability, and personalized strategies to help you function more effectively in daily life.

While traditional individual counselling focuses more on emotional processing, insight, and mental health concerns, executive functioning support is more structured and skills-based. Depending on your needs, we may blend both approaches in a way that feels supportive and practical. Each approach to therapy is unique and curated specifically for you.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and what goals you have. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative and supportive from the start, while formulating your treatment plan with valuable information provided by you.
An intake session may feel overwhelming to some, at which point you are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation for us to discuss your concerns, share my approach to therapy, and explore next steps together.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the full session fee.
Life happens, and things can come up unexpectedly! Please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss next steps. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for support.
